Privacy Policy

Effective: August 11, 2026 Last Updated: August 11, 2026

We treat the details you share with the same discretion we bring to every consultation. This policy explains, plainly, what we collect and why.

This Privacy Policy describes how Nataly Nemer ("the Studio," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information belonging to clients, prospective clients, and visitors to natalynemer.com (the "Site").

By using the Site or booking a consultation, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, we ask that you refrain from using the Site or sharing personal information with us.

01

Introduction

The Studio is based in Beirut, Lebanon, and provides face design, permanent makeup, and paramedical skin therapy services. Some of the information we collect — particularly around treatment history and skin condition — is sensitive by nature, and we handle it with corresponding care.

This policy applies to information collected through the Site, our booking and consultation process, WhatsApp and other direct messaging channels, and in person at the Studio.

02

Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically through the Site, and information gathered during consultations and treatments.

CategoryExamplesSource
Contact Details Full name, phone number, email address, WhatsApp number Contact form, booking, WhatsApp
Consultation Information Treatment goals, skin type, relevant medical history, allergies Consultation form, in-person intake
Treatment Records Procedure notes, before/after photography, pigment or technique used Collected in Studio, with consent
Technical Data IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited Automatically, via the Site
Payment Information Transaction records (processed by third-party payment providers) At time of payment

We do not collect payment card details directly; these are processed by our payment providers under their own security standards.

03

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide services — scheduling consultations, delivering treatments, and following up on aftercare.
  • Communicate with you — appointment confirmations, reminders, and responses to inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Improve treatment outcomes — before/after documentation used, with consent, to inform technique and track healing.
  • Operate the Site — understanding how visitors use our Site so we can keep it functioning well.
  • Meet legal obligations — recordkeeping required under Lebanese health and consumer protection regulations.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

04

Consultation & Treatment Records

Because our treatments are paramedical in nature, we collect information that may be considered sensitive — including skin condition, relevant medical history, and, in some cases, clinical photography.

This information is collected only with your knowledge, used solely to inform and document your treatment, and is never used for marketing without your separate, explicit consent.

Before/after imagery used publicly — on the Site, social media, or in the Gallery — is only ever published with your prior written consent, and you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting the Studio.

05

WhatsApp & Direct Messaging

WhatsApp is one of our primary channels for consultations and booking. When you message the Studio on WhatsApp, your phone number and the content of your conversation are stored in line with WhatsApp's own security model, and by our team for the purpose of coordinating your visit.

Please avoid sending highly sensitive medical information over WhatsApp where possible; where relevant, we will ask you to complete an in-person or secure intake form instead.

06

Cookies & Website Data

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand aggregate usage patterns, and improve performance. These may include:

  • Essential cookies — required for the Site to function correctly.
  • Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors navigate the Site, in aggregate.
  • Preference cookies — remember choices such as language.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling certain cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.

07

Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers — payment processors, scheduling tools, and hosting providers who help us operate, bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal requirements — where disclosure is required by Lebanese law, regulation, or a valid legal process.
  • With your consent — such as publishing before/after imagery, or referrals you explicitly request.
08

Data Retention

We retain consultation and treatment records for as long as necessary to provide ongoing care, meet legal recordkeeping obligations, and support any follow-up treatments — typically for the duration of our professional relationship plus a reasonable period afterward.

Marketing-related data, such as email subscriptions, is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

09

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations.
  • Withdraw consent for the use of imagery or marketing communications at any time.
  • Object to or restrict certain uses of your information.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details at the end of this policy. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

10

Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including restricted access to client records and secure handling of clinical photography. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can address it.

12

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
